(Agenzia Vista) “Le novità del dl Salva Casa rappresentano il risultato forse più ambizioso che si potesse raggiungere. Le statistiche parlano chiaro circa l’impatto positivo perchè c’è stata una progressiva ripresa del mercato immobiliare. I numeri dicono che c’è stato un rafforzamento della fiducia del comparto immobiliare, si è passati a una crescita robusta delle compravendite e a una stabilizzazione delle locazioni. Infatti, nel primo semestre del 2024 il mercato registrava compravendite in calo del 7% con le locazioni in contrazione. Dall’entrata in vigore si è osservata un’inversione di tendenza con aumenti del 2,6% nel terzo trimestre e 2,7% nel quarto, nel 2025 gli aumenti sono stati dell’11% nel primo trimestre e dell’8% nel secondo. Ci sono state 751mila transazioni nel periodo post decreto. Per le locazioni l’andamento è stato più moderato ma stabile”. Così il vicepremier e ministro delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti, Matteo Salvini, in audizione presso la Commissione Ambiente alla Camera.Camera
