The Hunter Build That Carries Grandmasters! [Destiny 2 Prismatic Hunter Build]
I loaded into this week's Grandmaster using the in-game LFG, slapped on this Hunter build, and didn't even bother checking what my teammates were running. That's how confident I was this build was going to carry.
And honestly... it did.
At one point, me and one other teammate had to two-man an entire section because our third Guardian lost a fight to Destiny's true final boss... a jump.
PM, if you're watching this... don't worry. It happens to the best of us. Gravity's undefeated.
Now, one of the biggest reasons this build is so good is that it does something Hunters almost never get credit for—it actually turns you into an incredible support player. You're keeping your fireteam alive while still pumping out ridiculous damage.
And it all starts with our two Aspects and our class ability.
We're running Marksman's Dodge because every time we dodge, it instantly reloads all of our weapons and scoops up nearby ammo. That might sound nice on paper, but it's absolutely broken once you pair it with the rest of this build.
We basically turn Gjallarhorn into a rocket launcher that never wants to run out of rockets. That means Barrier Champions stop being a mechanic and start being a minor inconvenience.
Because let's be honest... trying to break a Barrier Champion's shield with a legendary primary feels like you're throwing wet paper towels at a tank. You empty half your reserves, the shield laughs at you, and five business days later it's full health again.
With this build? One rocket... problem solved.
