Terpidana Fitnah Silfester Beberapa Kali Temui Jokowi, Roy Suryo Cs Protes: Serahkan Diri

Diketahui Silfester telah divonis 1 tahun 6 bulan penjara atas kasus dugaan fitnah terhadap Wakil residen ke-10 dan ke-12 RI, Juduf Kalla (JK).
Kuasa hukum Roy Suryo dan rekan, Ahmad Khozinudin, mendesak Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Jakarta Selatan segera mengeksekusi putusan hukum terhadap Silfester Matutina.
Khozinudin menekankan bahwa vonis Silfester telah berkekuatan tetap (inkrah) sejak Mei 2019.
Ia menyentil Kejari Jaksel yang sampai saat ini eksekusi terhadap putusan tersebut belum dilakukan.
Padahal pada (31/7) lalu pihaknya sudah mendatangi Kejari Jaksel untuk mendesak eksekusi Ketua Umum Solidaritas Merah Putih (Solmet) itu.
Ia menyayangkan sikap aparat penegak hukum yang dinilai tidak adil dalam menangani kasus ini.
Khozinudin menilai hal tersebut merusak wibawa negara hukum dan menurunkan kepercayaan publik terhadap sistem peradilan.
Khozinudin pun mendesak Silfester Matutina untuk segera menyerahkan diri sebagai bentuk penghormatan terhadap hukum.
Selama berstatus sebagai terpidana, penelusuran TribunSolo.com terhadap Silfester Matutina, dia beberapa menemui Jokowi di Solo, Jawa Tengah.
Pertemuan itu tercatat terjadi pada Oktober 2024 dan awal 2025.
Pada pertemuan pertama, Silfester Matutina bersama tokoh-tokoh senior relawan Jokowi menemui Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo di kediamannya Sumber, Banjarsari, Solo pada Rabu (30/10/2024) pagi.
Kemudian pertemuan kedua antara Silfester Matutina dan Jokowi di Solo terjadi pada Jumat (3/1/2025).
Pertemuan yang berlangsung secara empat mata itu, menurut Silfester, merupakan ajang melepas rindu sekaligus menyampaikan sejumlah isu terkini, termasuk soal narasi negatif dan upaya adu domba terhadap Jokowi.
