4. Известно, что Александр I критически относился к крепостному праву. В 1816–1819 годах он отменил крепостное право в прибалтийских (остзейских) губерниях Российской империи: Эстляндской, Курляндской, Лифляндской — и на острове Эзель. Каким мог быть план его отмены в России?
5. Почему Александр I всё же не отменил крепостное право? Не смог по экономическим причинам, побоялся или не захотел?
