KOMPAS.TV - Aksi seorang perempuan paruh baya membuang sampah di sungai viral di media sosial.Dalam video berdurasi 1 menit 18 detik, terlihat seorang nenek berulang kali membuang bungkusan plastik berisi sampah ke sungai di kawasan Sesetan, Denpasar, Bali.
Video ini ramai diperbincangkan warganet, hingga menarik perhatian Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Denpasar.
Petugas langsung mendatangi lokasi dan meminta keterangan dari pelaku.
Menurut Kasatpol PP Denpasar, pihaknya akan memanggil serta memeriksa sang nenek untuk menentukan apakah tindakannya dapat dikenakan tindak pidana ringan (tipiring).
Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 1 Tahun 2015, pelaku terancam hukuman 6 bulan penjara serta denda Rp50 juta atas perbuatannya.
