Bu şarkı benim için her zaman çok özel bir yerdeydi. Teoman’ın “Sus, Konuşma”yı yazdığı ve söylediği dönemin duygusuna dokunmak, o ruhla yeniden buluşmak benim için büyük bir sorumluluktu.Bu projede sadece bir şarkıyı yeniden yorumlamak istemedim.
Aynı şarkının, yıllar sonra bambaşka bir dünyada nasıl yankılandığını göstermek istedim. Dünya değişiyor gibi görünse de, bazı şeyler hiç değişmiyor.
Belki de bu şarkının bugün hâlâ bu kadar güçlü hissettirmesi, Teoman’ın o zamansız ve derin söz yazarlığından geliyor.
Bugün Orta Doğu’da yaşananlara baktıkça bunu daha da derinden hissediyorum. Yıllardır süren savaşlar, bitmeyen acılar… Ve en acısı: Savaşta kimse kazanmıyor. Her zaman kaybettik senle ben…

Bu şarkıyı söylerken içimde hissettiğim o suskunluğu, o içe kapanmayı bu videoya da taşımaya çalıştık.Bazen insanın söyleyecek hiçbir şeyi kalmıyor… Sadece susuyor.
