Claude vs ChatGPT in Excel: Same Data, Same Prompt. Who Builds the Better Dashboard?
I gave Claude and ChatGPT the exact same sales data and the exact same prompt inside Excel, and asked each one to build a full sales dashboard: KPI cards, a monthly trend chart, revenue and profit by region, revenue by category and the online vs store share, with live formulas, on one screen. Both got every number right. But one of them hid all four KPIs behind hash signs, fell into the regional settings currency trap, and then told me it had verified everything. In this video I review both dashboards like a dashboard expert, show every mistake each AI made, give ChatGPT one chance to fix it, and score them side by side.
