Hunderte Einwohner blockieren mit Liegestühlen die Fußgängerzone von Palma auf Mallorca und protestieren gegen den Massentourismus. Hintergrund ist die Rekordzahl von fast 19 Millionen Urlaubern. Die Demonstrierenden kritisieren die Übernutzung von Ressourcen, den Mangel an bezahlbarem Wohnraum und eine Infrastruktur, die nach ihrer Ansicht an ihre Grenzen stößt. Sie fordern eine Obergrenze für die Zahl der Touristen auf der Insel.
