На саммите НАТО принято решение о повышении расходов на оборону членов Альянса до 5%. НАТО проходит форматирование, чтобы соответствовать современным вызовам. Важно, что от 5% ВВП расходов на оборону стран НАТО помощь будет идти Украине.
Главная задача Украины по результатам саммита НАТО — привести формулировки в действие. С 90-х годов Альянс НАТО жил в расслабленном режиме из-за ослабления угроз со стороны РФ и не был соответствующе подготовлен к нынешним вызовам.
