El Departamento de Justicia de Estados Unidos ha iniciado una investigación sobre una red de organizaciones y actores que, presuntamente, se dedica a promover en ese país narrativas e iniciativas favorables a regímenes autoritarios como los de Cuba y China.Según la investigación, esta red mantiene contactos directos con diplomáticos cubanos y canaliza millones de dólares a través de mecanismos financieros circulares.
