Ancora una svolta sul caso Garlasco, ex pm accusato di corruzione per favorire Sempio: le reazioni
I legali dei principali attori del caso Garlasco si sono pronunciati dopo che sono state rese note le indagini a carico dell'ex Procuratore Capo Venditti per corruzione in atti giudiziari e dopo la proroga di 70 giorni per l'incidente probatorio.L'indagato è ex pm di Pavia che nel 2017 archiviò le accuse di Andrea Sempio sul delitto di Garlasco: secondo gli inquirenti Venditti avrebbe "ricevuto una somma indebita di denaro, nell'ordine di 20-30mila euro, per favorire Andrea Sempio nell'ambito del procedimento penale di cui era co-titolare in qualità di procuratore aggiunto della Repubblica". Oggi si sono tenute le perquisizione a casa dei genitori di Sempio, a casa dei suoi zii, nelle due case di Mario Venditti e in quelle dell'addetto e del responsabile della Sezione di polizia giudiziaria della Procura di Pavia nel 2017, ovvero rispettivamente Giuseppe Spoto e Silvio Sapone.
