Kommunen hoffen auf Geld aus Sondervermögen
Mit Blick auf das neue 500 Milliarden Euro schwere Sondervermögen für Infrastruktur und Klimaschutz melden die Länder zusätzliche Ansprüche an. Bislang ist vorgesehen, dass sie ein Fünftel, also 100 Milliarden Euro, erhalten. Weitere 100 Milliarden Euro des Sondervermögens sind für Klimaschutz und den klimafreundlichen Umbau der Wirtschaft eingeplant.Die Ministerpräsident:innen fordern nun in einem Beschluss, dass ihnen „ein angemessener Anteil“ der Klimaschutz-Mittel zuteilwird, und zwar „ohne Anrechnung auf Mittel der Länder“. Schließlich falle ein erheblicher Teil der notwendigen Investitionen, etwa für den Ausbau der Wärmenetze, in ihren Aufgabenbereich.
