Después de más de 15 años emprendiendo y de haber contratado a más de 150 personas en diferentes negocios, hay algo que tengo claro: encontrar gente buena para trabajar contigo es muchísimo más difícil de lo que parece.Durante años pensé que mientras más empleados tuviera, más grande sería mi empresa. Hoy pienso completamente diferente.
En este video te cuento mi experiencia real contratando personal: cómo hacía las entrevistas, qué preguntas utilizaba, por qué prefiero muchas veces una buena actitud antes que experiencia, los errores que he cometido, la importancia del período de prueba y por qué confiar en alguien nunca debe sustituir los controles dentro de un negocio.
También hablamos de algo que me ha costado mucho aprender: separar amistad, familia y trabajo cuando tienes que tomar decisiones difíciles.
No tengo una fórmula mágica para saber quién será un buen trabajador, porque la realidad es que a las personas las terminas conociendo con el tiempo. Pero sí hay muchas cosas que podemos hacer para equivocarnos menos.
