Il MUSEC presenta la mostra Pittura e poesia. Uomini e dèi nell’arte giapponese dell’età moderna, un percorso dedicato alla cultura visiva del Giappone tra il XV e il XX secolo, in cui arte, letteratura, filosofia e spiritualità si intrecciano.
L’esposizione, a cura di Moira Luraschi, è costruita attorno a due importanti nuclei collezionistici presentati al pubblico per la prima volta: sessantadue rotoli verticali (kakemono), realizzati tra il XV e il XX secolo e donati da Claudio Perino, e sei monumentali paraventi dipinti del Periodo Edo (1603–1868), appartenenti alla collezione di arte dell’Asia orientale di Maria Francesca Di Milia. Opere nate per contesti domestici e rituali, oggi riconosciute come preziosi oggetti d’arte.
Attraverso una ricca varietà di stili, tecniche e soggetti, la mostra mette in luce la centralità della figura umana – uomini e donne, divinità, eroi, spiriti e personaggi della letteratura – accanto a paesaggi, nature simboliche e scene di vita quotidiana. Il percorso valorizza il dialogo tra pittura, poesia e calligrafia, le cosiddette “tre perfezioni” della tradizione artistica dell’Asia orientale.
Articolata in sezioni tematiche, la mostra dedica ampio spazio ai paraventi dipinti, alle bijinga (immagini di belle donne), ai paesaggi stagionali, alle divinità e figure del folklore, fino alle rappresentazioni della vita urbana legate alla tradizione ukiyo-e. Receive SMS online on sms24.me
