La géopolitique mondiale se recompose aujourd’hui de manière accélérée. Après 1991, les États-Unis ont entraîné certains pays de l’OTAN vers des aventures guerrières au prétexte d’apporter la démocratie. Loin de ressouder l’Occident comme le pensent les médias, la guerre d’Ukraine c’est la grande bascule qui commence à découpler les USA et l’UE, tout en accentuant les divisions internes de leurs peuples.
À l’écart de cette agitation, le monde émergent des BRICS est en train de rassembler, autour de grands pays (Chine, Russie, Inde, Moyen-Orient pétrolier, Brésil, etc.), un nouvel ensemble qui construit son développement économique dans un espace multipolaire affranchi de la volonté hégémonique des USA, coopérant dans le respect de la culture et des traditions de chacun. La maladresse de Biden et de ses alliés européens a provoqué le rapprochement Chine/Russie, Arabie Saoudite/Iran, et la coopération politique des BRICS. L’Occident est à présent en passe d’être évincé comme pôle central dominant.
