Sul MES aveva ragione l'ITALIA: svelato il paradosso (ASSURDO) dell'UE che ci avrebbe condannati
▷ AIUTA L'INFORMAZIONE LIBERA, SOSTIENICI: https://donazioni.radioradio.it/Vi è un palese conflitto normativo tra la riforma del Meccanismo Europeo di Stabilità, il cosiddetto MES, che fu istituito nel 2012 - poi è stato rivisto nel 2021 - e il nuovo Patto di Stabilità e Crescita che è stato approvato nell'anno 2024, cioè poco tempo fa.
Qual è il principale problema? Il principale problema è il fatto che usano dei parametri opposti. Cioè il MES da una parte valuta la solidità degli Stati tramite il saldo strutturale di bilancio, che calcola il disavanzo di uno Stato corretto per il ciclo economico, che è un indicatore che il nuovo Patto, il Patto di Stabilità e Crescita del 2024, ha invece deciso di ridimensionare perché è ritenuto inaffidabile, delineando cioè dei piani di aggiustamento pluriannali, personalizzati e più flessibili. Stiamo parlando di aspetti tecnici dell'economia, me ne rendo conto. Ma quello che voglio sottolineare al di là dei tecnicismi è che si crea un paradosso, cioè un Paese potrebbe rispettare le regole del Patto ma non avere i requisiti per accedere agli aiuti del MES, cioè potrebbe rispettare il Patto di Stabilità e Crescita del 2024 ma potrebbe non accedere al Meccanismo Europeo di Stabilità istituito nel 2012 e poi rivisto nel 2021.
