Uruguay: Que tal amigos de Telenoche, estamos en el parque hotel de Montevideo donde en esta noche se elige a la reina del carnaval y del verano montevideano 1970. Son 10 jóvenes, 10 jóvenes hermosas que se van a disputar esta noche el honor de presidir los desfiles del carnaval 1970 desde el carro oficial montevideano. Realmente son 10 hermosas jóvenes y un jurado integrado por 8 miembros tiene esta noche un trabajo realmente difícil. Aquí vemos a 9 de las participantes exhibiendo su belleza ante el jurado y ante el nutridísimo público. Bueno el jurado ya ha dado su fallo, la reina del carnaval 1970 de Montevideo de Valquiria Vernazza, de 18 años, quien ya llega para conversar con Telenoche.
