Sri Mulyani Buka Suara soal Pajak Pedagang Online: Memberikan Kepastian Hukum
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani akhirnya bicara mengenai alasan pemerintah memajaki pedagang online di marketplace.Sri Mulyani menjelaskan pungutan itu terkait pajak penghasilan (PPh) pasal 22. Sri Mulyani menegaskan pajak tersebut dikumpulkan melalui penunjukan penyelenggara perdagangan melalui sistem elektronik (PMSE) selaku pemungut.
"Ini untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dan memberikan kemudahan administrasi perpajakan bagi pelaku usaha daring," kata Sri Mulyani pada Konferensi Pers Hasil Rapat Berkala KSSK III 2025 di Kantor LPS, Jakarta Selatan, Senin (28/7/2025).
"Tanpa ada tambahan kewajiban baru. Jadi, ini lebih memfasilitasi secara administrasi, tidak ada kewajiban baru," tegas Sri Mulyani.
