Molti insegnanti e praticanti sentono che lo Yoga, oggi, sia diventato troppo fisico, troppo estetico, troppo vicino al fitness.Ma lo Yoga non è performance.
E non è nemmeno “fare bene le posizioni”.
È qualcosa che si sente, non qualcosa che si mostra.
Eppure, anche conoscendo questo, è facile rimanere intrappolati nella forma, nella tecnica, nell’aspetto anatomico.
Per questo ho creato la serie “Yoga Oltre il Corpo”.
È dedicata a chi vuole tornare al cuore della pratica:
• agli insegnanti che cercano strumenti per far vivere una maggiore profondità ai propri allievi
• ai praticanti che non riescono a superare l’approccio puramente fisico
• a chi desidera riscoprire lo Yoga come via di trasformazione interiore
