SBY Kenang Pilpres 2014 Panggil Jokowi dan Prabowo: Saya Lebih Baik Tidak Cawe-Cawe
BOGOR, KOMPAS.TV – Ketua Majelis Tinggi Demokrat yang juga Presiden Ke-6 RI, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) mengenang penyelenggaraan Pilpres 2014 saat memberikan arahan kepada 38 ketua Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD)."Pada saat ada tanda-tanda akan benturan di nasional setelah quick count 2014, Pak Jokowi dan Pak JK melawan Pak Prabowo, Pak Hatta, saya dilaporin, ingat 2014 saya netral. Saya lebih baik tidak ikut sana-sini, tidak cawe-cawe," ujar SBY di kediamannya yang berada di Cikeas, Bogor, pada Minggu (23/2/2025).
“Saya dengan sikap netral lebih mudah. Tugas saya adalah memastikan nomor satu, Pilpres, Pemilu berjalan aman dan damai, itu tanggung jawab Presiden. Kedua secara free and fair,” lanjutnya.
SBY juga sempat bercerita sempat menceritakan memanggil Jokowi dan Prabowo untuk meminta mereka menenangkan pendukungnya masing-masing.
