Tercer Milenio presenta un capítulo de investigación que podría cambiar la historia de la exploración espacial.La sonda Juno, que actualmente orbita Júpiter, tenía una última oportunidad única: redirigirse para interceptar al misterioso objeto interestelar 3I Atlas. Un cuerpo que, según análisis recientes, muestra características anómalas que no coinciden con un cometa convencional.
El prestigioso científico de Harvard Avi Loeb demostró que, con el combustible restante, Juno podía acercarse al objeto y obtener las mejores imágenes jamás registradas de un visitante interestelar.
Incluso una congresista de EE.UU., Ana Paulina Luna, envió una petición formal a la NASA para autorizar la misión. Costo adicional: cero dólares. Solo era redirigir la sonda.
