Diwakili oleh Vice President Corcom Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, menyebut bahwa produk yang dijual ke masyarakat sudah sesuai takaran.
Fadjar membantah adanya praktik oplos pertalite menjadi pertamax yang dilakukan oleh PT Pertamina.
Ia lanjut menyebut adanya miskomunikasi yang disampaikan Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) soal korupsi Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Riva Siahaan.
Menurutnya Kejagung lebih mempermasalahkan terkait pembelian RON 90 yang dibayar seharga RON 92.
Dimana RON 90 berarti pertalite dan RON 92 berarti pertamax.
Fajar lalu menegaskan kembali bahwa produk yang dijual Pertamina ke masyarakat sudah sesuai takaran dan teruji oleh Dirjen Migas.
