Europas größter Autobauer Volkswagen wird weitgehend umgebaut. Nach wochenlangem Ringen hat sich der Aufsichtsrat einstimmig für ein Sanierungskonzept ausgesprochen. VW-Konzernchef Oliver Blume sprach am Donnerstagabend von einem „starken Signal für die Zukunft des Volkswagen Konzerns“. Für die Belegschaft bedeutet das Sparprogramm aber vor allem harte Einschnitte. Zehntausende Angestellte sollen abgebaut werden.
