APBN 2024 Diprediksi Defisit, Sri Mulyani Ungkap Penyebabnya

Pemerintah memprediksi APBN 2024 akan mengalami defisit sebesar 2,7 persen dari produk domestik bruto atau setara Rp609,7 triliun.

Angka tersebut lebih tinggi dari pagu APBN 2024 yang dipatok defisit sebesar 2,29 persen atau setara 522,8 triliun.

Dengan kata lain, defisit APBN 2024 diprediksi pemerintah mengalami kenaikan sebesar 86,9 triliun rupiah hingga akhir tahun ini.

Hal ini diungkap Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani dalam rapat kerja dengan Badan Anggaran DPR Senin siang.

Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani mengatakan proyeksi kenaikan defisit APBN 2024 tersebut terjadi karena penurunan penerimaan pajak penghasilan atau PPH badan dari perusahaan berbasis komoditas yang mengalami penurunan harga seperti batu bara, nikel, dan sawit.

Sri Mulyani menegaskan, defisit APBN tahun 2024 yang mengalami lonjakan tersebut bakal diatasi dengan Saldo Anggaran Lebih atau Sal tahun 2023 lalu sebesar Rp100 triliun untuk mengurangi penerbitan surat berharga negara.
