JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV- Presiden Joko Widodo memberikan tanggapan soal tudingan 'cawe-cawe' dalam Pilkada Jakarta 2024. Putusan MA yang mengubah syarat calon kepala daerah membuka jalan bagi putra bungsu Presiden Joko Widodo, Kaesang Pangarep, untuk berlaga di Pilkada 2024.Serta adanya cawe-cawe dalam perhelatan pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) dari Presiden Jokowi.
Harapan untuk pilkada 2024 ini harus luber, fair dan tanpa intervensi. Mardani Ali Sera menyebut pastikan kualitas jurdil pada pilkada kali ini memingkat. Oleh karena itu, tolak cawe-cawe, tolak intervensi serta intervensi kekuasaan harus ditolak pada pilkada kali ini. Dan rakyatla yang cerdan untuk memilih yang terbaik.
Menanggapi intervensi pada pilkada kali ini, Adian mengatakan kita akan berjuang tanpa adanyan intervensi, intimidasi, bansos serta tidak adanya pemanggilan kepala desa.
“Kita ingin memastikan kualitas pilkada ini jauh lebih baik dari kualitas pilpres,” ujar Adian pada program SATU MEJA (3/7/2024).
