CIREBON, KOMPAS.TV - Kuasa hukum Saka Tatal membantah tudingan Polri terkait pihaknya menjanjikan uang ke saksi saat sidang kasus Vina Cirebon."Tidak benar, mana bisa saya mengiming-imingi saksi sekian-sekian, bayarannya saja 4 juta dicicil, aneh dengar informasi begitu," ujar Titin, Cirebon, Jumat (21/6/2024).
Menurutnya, hakim persidangan saat it uterus mengarahkan terdakwa agar tetap mengikuti keterangan BAP.
"Hakim waktu sidang Saka Tatal harus sesuai BAP dipotong sesuai BAP," ujarnya.
