Ovos cremosos
Rendimento: 4 porções
Tempo de preparo: 10 minutos
Ingredientes
8 ovos - 2 por pessoa
1 colher de sopa de leite ou creme de leite
60 g de manteiga
Sal e pimenta-do-reino moída na hora a gosto
Leite (opcional)
Modo de preparo
Quebre os ovos separadamente, um a um (assim você não perde todos se um estiver estragado), e transfira para uma tigela. Acrescente o sal e mexa bem para quebrar a liga dos ovos (isso ajuda os ovos ficarem cremosos). Acrescente o leite e continue mexendo.
Escolha uma panela de borda alta onde caibam os ovos. Coloque os ovos e a manteiga na panela fria e leve tudo ao fogo médio, mexendo sem parar.
Quando a mistura ficar cremosa como uma polenta, desligue o fogo e acrescente a pimenta-do-reino. Misture e reserve.
Montagem do prato
Aqueça quatro pratos com água quente, para os ovos não esfriarem ao servir.
Distribua as porções nos pratos e sirva imediatamente.
