Heimliches Filmen: Verkaufsstopp von Smart Glasses gefordert
Immer öfter landen Aufnahmen im Netz, die heimlich mit sogenannten Smart Glasses gefilmt wurden. Auch Zeina aus Hamburg wurde von einem Mann am Alsterufer heimlich gefilmt, der das Video auf TikTok stellte. Sie wehrte sich dagegen, indem sie selbst ein Video drehte und den Täter bloßstellte: „Ich bin das Mädchen aus dem Video und der Macker hat einfach mich und meine Freundin im Bikini gefilmt, ohne uns Bescheid zu geben.“Sich juristisch gegen die Aufnahmen zu wehren, ist für die Opfer jedoch oft schwer bis unmöglich. Denn Jemanden heimlich zu filmen, ist in Deutschland zwar nicht erlaubt, aber nur in vor Blicken geschützten Räumen wie Toiletten oder Umkleidekabinen strafbar.
Die gemeinnützige Organisation „HateAid“ hält jedoch den Verkauf von Smart Glasses in Deutschland für strafbar. Die Organisation hat juristische Schritte eingeleitet, um den Vertrieb der Datenbrillen zu stoppen.
