JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Mantan Sekretaris BUMN, Said Didu blak-blakan cerita pengalamanya sebagai ketua tim seleksi direksi komisaris BUMN 6 tahun."Dan saya menseleksi hampir 10.000 orang. Eh ya begitu kejadiannya. Jadi air bah ke BUMN itu masuk memang lewat pintu politisi. Fakta saat saya masuk di meja saya itu 982 CV calon komisaris dan direksi datang dari parpol dari presiden wakil presiden 982. Setelah saya baca 2 hari kemudian saya buang ke tong sampah," kata Said Didu di Bola Liar KompasTV, Jumat (3/10/2025).
Menurutnya baiknya politisi 1 tahun setelah mundur baru menjadi komisaris BUMB.
"Jangan ujuk-ujuk masih pengurus, mohon maaf saja kita jujur aja lah. Kalau dia caleg gagal maka dijadikan komisaris. Setelah ada PW berhenti lagi komisaris masuk lagi DPR. Ini kan mainan apa? Terakhir kemarin partai sudah susah cari calon menteri karena lebih memilih jadi komisari BUMN karena gajinya lebih tinggi. Nah, ini kan rusak negara ini," kata Said Didu.
Ia pun tak menampik kondisi tersebut masih terjadi hingga sekarang.
"Tadi mengatakan bahwa saat Anda di BUMN, Anda menganggap bahwa BUMN jadi tempatnya sampah. Sekarang yang Anda lihat masih begitu atau tidak? Masih sama?" Tanya host ke Said.
"Ya masih," katanya.
Sebelumnya temuan Transparency International Indonesia mengungkap, 165 dari total 562 posisi Komisaris BUMN diisi oleh politisi. 104 orang berlatar belakang partai politik, sementara 61 orang lainnya dari relawan.
TII menyoroti kentalnya patronase dan imbal balik politik, di balik bagi-bagi kursi jabatan komisaris.
