Entiende que es un proyecto de sociedad belicista, militarizada y en pánico constante que impone su voluntad frente a las conquistas sociales, las resistencias populares o el poder de los feminismos que vinieron a transformarlo todo.
Como feminista en la encrucijada, cree que la trinchera más urgente es la que nos sitúa frente a un régimen de guerra que necesita de las imposiciones de género, del racismo y del colonialismo para existir.
Irene hace un llamamiento a tomar partido, pasar a la acción y apostar decididamente por un proyecto en favor del conjunto de la humanidad.
