NSU-TERROR: Beate Zschäpe muss mindestens 24 Jahre in Haft bleiben! Entlassung erst ab 2035 möglichDie verurteilte NSU-Terroristin Beate Zschäpe muss voraussichtlich bis mindestens 2035 in Haft bleiben. Das Oberlandesgericht München hat eine Mindestverbüßungsdauer von 24 Jahren festgelegt und eine vorzeitige Entlassung auf Bewährung abgelehnt. Zugunsten der 51-Jährigen werteten die Richter, dass sie inzwischen eingeräumt hat, von neun der zehn NSU-Morde im Voraus gewusst zu haben. Dennoch wiegt ihre Schuld nach Auffassung des Gerichts außergewöhnlich schwer. Zschäpe wurde 2018 wegen zehnfachen Mordes zu lebenslanger Haft verurteilt. Der Beschluss ist noch nicht rechtskräftig.
