Insalata Anguria e Feta
Ti presentiamo l'insalata perfetta di questa estate: Insalata di Feta e Anguria! 🍉🌱Fresca e piena di sapore, questa insalata si prepara in soli 10 minuti. Perfetta per rinfrescare le tue giornate!
Ingredienti:
60 ml di olio extravergine di oliva
2 cucchiai di aceto di vino bianco
450 g di anguria senza semi, tagliata a cubetti
150 g di cetriolo, tagliato a cubetti
150 g di feta sbriciolata
50 g di menta fresca, grossolanamente tritata, più un po' per guarnire
50 g di cipolla rossa, affettata sottilmente
Sale q.b.
Procedimento:
Inizia tagliando a dadini l'anguria, il cetriolo e la cipolla rossa, e mettili in una ciotola. Aggiungi poi la feta sbriciolata e la menta tritata. In una piccola ciotola, mescola insieme l'olio extravergine di oliva, l'aceto di vino bianco e mezzo cucchiaino di sale. Versa il condimento sull'insalata e mescola delicatamente per far sì che tutti gli ingredienti si insaporiscano.
Prova assolutamente questa combinazione con la menta, è super fresca e ti piacerà sicuramente!
