Facchini abusivi all'ingresso di Venezia: violenti, minacciosi, responsabili di aggressioni, rapine ed estorsioni ai danni dei turisti in visita alla città presi di mira e attaccati. La squadra mobile della questura lagunare, diretta dal comandante Eugenio Masino e coordinata dalla procura di Venezia ha assicurato alla giustizia quattro porter, condannati al carcere, tre di loro già al penitenziario veneziano di Santa Maria Maggiore e uno ricercato. Tutti uomini di origini straniere, tra i 25 e i 54 anni, accusati di estorsione tentata, consumata, rapine: tutti reati aggravati. Due le diverse misure cautelari: la prima a carico di tre porter attraverso un'indagine condotta dalla squadra mobile con il commissariato San Marco e la polizia ferroviaria. La seconda, portata a termine dalla polizia ferroviaria di Venezia, a carico di altre due persone, una delle quali già compresa nella prima ordinanza. Decine inoltre i fuorilegge denunciati.
