Dopo uno scambio molto feroce con la segreteria del CCEPS (Commissione Centrale per gli Esercenti le Professioni Sanitarie) siamo addirittura arrivati al punto che il segretario mi ha chiamato personalmente al telefono per dirmi che tutte le mie istanze sarebbero state rigettate. Pensate a che livelli di scontro siamo arrivati: questo alle cinque del pomeriggio del giorno prima dell’udienza.
Io ho replicato per iscritto al segretario, prendendo atto del fatto che lui avesse già deciso ciò che avrebbe dovuto decidere la Commissione, circostanza che ovviamente era illegittima, come è palesemente evidente, perché non può un cancelliere predeterminare quello che sarà l’esito di un’udienza che dovranno decidere i giudici. Dopodiché ho presentato un’istanza piuttosto dura, rispetto alla quale il collegio ha fatto un passo indietro; quindi le cinquanta persone che si erano presentate all’udienza sono state rimandate a casa.
Barbara Balanzoni e io abbiamo predisposto una denuncia-querela, quindi un atto molto più forte. Oggi aggiorno dicendo che abbiamo depositato una denuncia-querela contro la Presidente della Commissione CCEPS e contro il sostituto - qualora la Presidente dovesse essere avvicendata - nella quale abbiamo sostenuto che, avendo loro una totale ignoranza della materia scientifica, non possono giudicare.
Analoghe denunce verranno depositate contro tutti i membri della Commissione CCEPS e ci stiamo attrezzando, ovviamente, per presentare un’istanza — io sto coordinando il gruppo dei colleghi — al ministro Schillaci e al ministro Nordio, che nominano rispettivamente i medici e i magistrati della Commissione, affinché, preso atto dell’illegalità di questa sezione speciale dedicata esclusivamente ai radiati, modifichino il decreto di nomina e nominino giudici effettivamente terzi, sia nella componente magistratuale sia in quella sanitaria, che garantiscano terzietà e indipendenza. Questo perché tali giudici hanno già giudicato in materie simili e questi medici hanno fatto parte di commissioni che, a loro volta, hanno sospeso o radiato altri medici. Capite bene?"
