TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM-Kapolda Bangka Belitung Irjen Pol Hendro Pandowo secara tegas mengutuk perbuatan kedua pelaku pembunuhan Pemimpin Redaksi media online Aditya Warman, Rabu (13/8/2025).
"Saya selaku Kapolda mengutuk apa yang dilakukan pelaku, Ini akan tindak tegas kejahatan yang meresahkan," ujar Irjen Pol Hendro Pandowo.
Langkah tegas tersebut seiring dengan pasal yang disangkakan, yakni Pasal 340 KUHP pembunuhan dengan berencana, ancaman hukuman pidana minimal 20 tahun atau hukuman seumur hidup atau hukuman mati, Pasal 338 KUHP pembunuhan, ancaman hukuman maksimal 15 tahun dan Pasal 365 Ayat (4) pencurian dengan kekerasan, ancaman hukuman minimal 20 tahun atau hukuman seumur hidup atau hukuman mati.(*)
