Mantan pimpinan KPK periode 2015-2019 Saut Situmorang blak-blakan membongkar siapa sosok salah satu tersangka kasus korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang di PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) untuk periode 2018–2023 yakni Riza Chalid.Saut menegaskan, saat masih di KPK nama Riza Chalid yang kerap dijuluki The Gasoline Godfather ini sudah masuk daftar incaran.
Saat ini Riza Chalid masih belum diketahui keberadaannya. Terakhir, isu Riza Chalid berada di Singapura dibantan Kementerian Luar Negeri Singapura.
Selain mafia migas, Saut juga turut menanggapi sejumlah kasus besar di KPK termasuk yang menyeret nama mantu Jokowi, Bobby Nasution.
