Sinopsis: Puerto Rico se prepara para el impacto de un huracán devastador. El oficial de policía Cardillo es enviado a evacuar un complejo de apartamentos, donde se topa con la negativa de Ray, un expolicía obstinado que no quiere abandonar su hogar. Mientras la tormenta arrecia, el edificio es invadido por una banda de peligrosos ladrones liderados por el implacable "San Juan", quienes buscan un botín de 55 millones de dólares oculto en el lugar.
