Este 10 de marzo, el ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de China, Wang Yi, sostuvo una conversación telefónica con el vice primer ministro y ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Pakistán, Mohammad Ishaq Dar. El canciller chino señaló que la clave para evitar una mayor escalada en Irán es el cese de las operaciones militares de Estados Unidos e Israel. Añadió que China se opone a los ataques contra los países del Golfo Pérsico, especialmente aquellos que han ido dirigidos contra infraestructura civil y civiles inocentes.
