A pretty difficult boss to read I found, and it wasn't the cleanest attempt. A lot of his starter attacks have near instant hits with them so it's hard to approach him without blocking, and naturally a sword that floats around fast is pretty hard to consistently follow too. There was also moments while learning this that I'd be parrying an attack and I'd still take damage despite it being parried, and conversely there's attacks that can hit you but deal no damage. Bit of a weird fight but I'm glad to have it done. And realistically if you really wanted, you could just run away while he's powered up and wait for his sha chi to deplete.

My plans for coverage with Phantom Blade Zero is similar to other games: all bosses, no damage, max difficulty. I'll be posting videos of every boss on Hellwalker difficulty no damage individually, which is the max difficulty you can pick on the first playthrough. There's also the 66 days mode, which is the same difficulty as Hellwalker but with limited wipes. I'll likely go back for a clear of that after my first playthrough. Otherwise if there's any guides or tutorial I can post, I'll be sure to do so.
Phantom Blade Zero is an wuxia action role-playing game developed and published by the Chinese studio S-Game. The player assumes the role of Soul, an elite assassin serving the Order, who is framed for the murder of the Order's patriarch and thus hunted by the Order's members. Inflicted with a fatal wound to his heart and revived with a tainted heart, he is left with only a limited number of days to live. Set in the Phantom World, the story is centered on his mission to restore his heart and unravel the conspiracy that has condemned him.
