Così il presidente del Senato Ignazio La Russa a margine della presentazione a Milano della "Sport Movies & TV 2025" commentando le dichiarazioni della vicesindaca di Milano Anna Scavuzzo che ha definito surreale la presenza di due stadi uno accanto all'altro. "Ormai uno stadio nuovo è stato autorizzato e lo stadio nuovo era la mia ambizione e il mio desiderio ed è giusto che Inter e Milan abbiano uno stadio moderno. La mia contrarietà è sulla necessità di abbattere San Siro. Io non la vedo come una necessità. A San Siro, anche non ci giocassero Inter e Milan, gli utilizzi potrebbero essere tantissimi".
