Arda Türkmen, konuşmasında hayattaki inişlerin çıkışlara nasıl etkisi olduğunu; mücadelenin ve hayatı oluşturan yapı taşlarının önemini konu alıyor. Arda Türkmen, İstanbul doğumlu şef, işletmeci ve televizyon programcısıdır. Türkiye’nin gastronomi alanındaki en bilindik simalarından olan Türkmen, kariyerine genç yaşlarda adım atarak mutfak tutkusunu profesyonel bir yolculuğa dönüştürmüştür.Lisans eğitimini Yeditepe Üniversitesi İletişim Fakültesi’nde tamamlayan Türkmen, ardından Londra'da gastronomi eğitimi alarak mutfak sanatlarındaki ilgisini uluslararası bir boyuta taşımıştır. Eğitimini tamamlamasının ardından Türkiye’ye dönerek, mutfaktaki yetkinliğini yenilikçi bir bakış açısıyla harmanlamış ve kısa sürede dikkat çeken bir isim haline gelmiştir.
2003 yılında ilk restoranı “Roka Davet”i kurarak yemek sektörüne giriş yapan Türkmen, daha sonrasında “Forno”, “Mükellef Karaköy” ve “AHALI 279” gibi mekânlarla önemli başarılara imza atmıştır. Kendi mutfağını oluştururken geleneksel Türk lezzetlerini modern dokunuşlarla bir araya getiren Türkmen, bu yaklaşımıyla geniş kitlelere ulaşmayı başarmıştır.
Televizyon ekranlarında da büyük beğeni toplayan Arda Türkmen, “Arda’nın Mutfağı” programıyla izleyicilerin gönlünde taht kurmuş; yalın anlatımı, samimi sunumu ve yaratıcı tarifleriyle mutfağı herkes için ulaşılabilir ve keyifli hale getirmiştir. Aynı zamanda dijital platformlarda ve sosyal medyada da içerikler üreten Türkmen, gastronomiyi yalnızca tarifler vererek değil; kültür, deneyim ve hikâye anlatımıyla sunarak öne çıkmaktadır.
