KOMPAS.TV - Pihak Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan juga menghadirkan teman dekat Pegi, Dede Kurniawan.Saat ditanya Tim Hukum Polda Jabar, Dede membantah nama alias Pegi adalah Perong.
Sebelumnya, setelah mendengar keterangan Ahli Pidana, Tim Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan menghadirkan 4 saksi meringankan dalam Sidang Praperadilan.
Mereka adalah Dede Kurniawan, teman Pegi di Cirebon; Suharsono alias Bondol, rekan kerja proyek Pegi di Bandung; Agus Gunawan, pemilik proyek; dan Riyana Yolantina, Ibu Rumah Tangga.
Agus pemilik rumah tempat pegi bekerja, mengaku Pegi bekerja sejak awal hingga proyek selesai.
Tetapi Agus tak ingat apakah Pegi pernah meninggalkan proyek di akhir Agustus 2016, ketika peristiwa pembunuhan Vina dan Eky terjadi.
