El vicepresidente chino Han Zheng ha instado a profundizar la asociación estratégica y ampliar la cooperación práctica con Seychelles durante su visita al país insular. Durante su encuentro con el presidente de Seychelles, Patrick Herminie, Han pidió a ambas partes trabajar conjuntamente para garantizar que Seychelles se pueda beneficiar de la política china de arancel cero, que entrará en vigor el 1 de mayo.
