Police say a car has hit pedestrians in central Leipzig in eastern Germany. Authorities have confirmed at least two deaths so far, but say details are still emerging. Media reports say the driver was travelling at high speed through a pedestrian zone.Germany has seen a number of similar incidents in recent years.
