INGREDIENTES1 litro de água quente
2 copos de óleo quente
2,5 kg de polvilho
2 colheres de sopa de sal
10 ovos
+ 1 copo de água fria
+ I copo de óleo frio
MODO DE PREPARO
Numa bacia grande despejar 2,5 kg de polvilho
Aquecer 1 litro de água, duas colheres de sopa de sal e mais dois copos de óleo até ferver
Despejar aos poucos o conteúdo fervendo sobre o polvilho, sempre misturando com uma colher de pau
Deixar esfriar antes de juntar os ovos
Mexer bem com as mãos e adicionar mais um copo de água fria e de óleo frio
Verificar o sal, que fique a seu gosto
Pré aquecer o forno a 200º
Quando a massa der o ponto, ou seja, não estiver mais grudando, enrolar os biscoitos numa forma untada com óleo
Levar ao forno por 25 a 30 min
