Pegi Setiawan Masih Berpeluang Ditahan Polda Jabar, Hotman: Mumpung Masih Bebas, Ayo Kita Makan!
TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Pegi Setiawan masih berpeluang ditahan lagi oleh Polda Jabar.Hal itu diungkapkan pengacara keluarga Vina Cirebon, Hotman Paris dalam postingan Instagramnya, Selasa (9/7/2024).
Menurut Hotman, Pegi belum bebas secara sustansi.
"Kalau penyidik memperbaiki pelanggaran hukum acara tersebut, maka proses penyidikan bisa berlanjut lagi dengan menetapkan Pegi sebagai tersangka," kata Hotman.
Hakim, menyebut penyidik belum pernah memeriksa Pegi sebagai calon tersangka sebelum ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
Kemudian, Pegi juga belum pernah diperiksa sebagai saksi.
Sehingga, bisa saja ke depannya penyidik memanggil Pegi sebagai saksi lalu menetapkannya sebagai tersangka dan ditahan lagi secara hukum acara normatif.
Meski begitu, karena sekarang Pegi bebas, Hotman pun mengajaknya memanfaatkan waktu, makan di restoran kawasan Jakarta.
"Mumpung Pegi masih bebas, ayok kita makan bakmi di Jakarta.
"Makan ramen," kata Hotman.
