Barritas Energéticas Caseras -Sin Harinas, Sin Gluten - No las compres más! | Auxy
¿Cansado de barritas industriales ? En este video te enseño a preparar tus propias barritas energéticas en casa: súper nutritivas, crocantes y con ingredientes reales. Son ideales para el pre-entreno, la oficina o el colegio de los niños. ¡Se hacen en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y el sabor es infinitamente mejor!
🛒 Ingredientes (para 10 barritas):
1 Taza de Mix de Nueces (almendras, nueces, avellanas).
1/2 Taza de Mix de Semillas (chía, calabaza, girasol, sésamo).
1/2 Taza de hojuelas de maíz, trigo, quinoa o arroz inflado (para el toque crocante).
2 cdas de Miel pura.
Opcional: 50 g de Chocolate negro sin azúcar + 1 cdita de aceite de coco para la cobertura.
🥣 Preparación:
Horneamos a 180°C durante 6 minutos.
Fundimos el chocolate con el aceite de coco y lo vertemos sobre las nueces horneadas.
Refrigeramos por 10-15 min hasta que el chocolate solidifique. ¡Corta tus 10 barritas y disfruta!
