Father jumps off ‘Disney Dream’ cruise after daughter plunges off ship
According to reports early this week, a father leaped into the ocean after daughter fell from a Disney cruise ship deck. The June 29 incident occurred as the Disney Dream was returning to Fort Lauderdale, which included a stop at Disney’s new private destination, Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. LiveNOW's Mike Pache is discussing the incident with "The Cruise Guy," Stewart Chiron.A spokesperson for Disney Cruise Line confirmed the successful rescue and said, "The Crew aboard the Disney Dream swiftly rescued two guests from the water. We commend our Crew Members for their exceptional skills and prompt actions, which ensured the safe return of both guests to the ship within minutes."
