Adapun hal itu terungkap saat Jaksa Penuntut Umum membacakan surat dakwaan untuk terdakwa Toni Wijaya dalam perkara dugaan korupsi impor gula melibatkan Kementerian Perdagangan periode 2015-2016, PN Tipikor Jakarta, Kamis (19/6/2025).
"Terdakwa Tony Wijaya Ng selaku Direktur Utama PT Angels Products, bersama-sama dengan Eka Sapanca, Surianto, Indra Suryaningrat, Hansen Setiawan, Wisnu Hendraningrat, Hendrogiarto, Hans Falita Hutama," kata jaksa di persidangan.
Lanjut jaksa dalam rangka penugasan pembentukan stok gula dan stabilisasi harga gula kepada PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia atau PPI, Induk Koperasi Kartika atau Inkopkar, Induk Koperasi Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia atau Inkopol.
"Mengajukan persetujuan impor Gula Kristal Mentah (GKM) kepada Thomas Trikasih Lembong dan Enggartiasto Lukita selaku Menteri Perdagangan Republik Indonesia yang diketahui persetujuan impor tersebut tanpa didasarkan rapat koordinasi antara kementerian," jelas penuntut umum.
