Il presidente del Senato Ignazio La Russa allora prova a placare gli animi. «Gasparri dice che conferma dall'emiciclo», dice, richiamando all'ordine sia il senatore forzista che il senatore del M5S Marco Croatti per le proteste.
«Tajani, per eliminare ogni dubbio, - prosegue Scarpinato - ha citato il caso emblematico di Marcello Dell'Utri come `vittima illustre dell'uso politico della giustizia´. Ci auguriamo che conduciate la campagna per il referendum con gli stessi accenti di sincerità. Perché la maggioranza degli italiani non se la bevono la panzana che Berlusconi e Dell'Utri erano tutti fiori di giglio e sono stati condannati dalla magistratura politicizzata.
